This policy sets out the basis on which any personal information we collect from you, or that you provide to us, using the Family Footings website (“our site”) will be processed. Your personal data will be managed on behalf of MacIntyre, by Family Footings, which is part of MacIntyre.

Information we may collect from you
We may collect and process the following data about you:

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type and for system administration. This statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns does not identify any individual.
